Azule Color Intensifier
Azule Color Enhancer is a resin-oxide-based impregnating agent for cement tiles. It is a colorless impregnating agent suitable for wet areas, balconies, etc.
Color enhancer deepens the color and texture of cement tiles and makes them water, oil, and dirt repellent.
Good to know
Color Enhancer is used in wet areas such as bathrooms, toilets, and outdoor areas. It is used as a second waterproofing agent after waterproofing with Azule Stain Stop and therefore only after grouting the tiles.
Only porous tiles, such as cement tiles or other natural stones like marble, require waterproofing. The pores must be saturated. CAUTION: Do not oversaturate the tile, as the excess will dry to the surface!
Always close the lid of the package immediately after use. This product contains solvents. Leaving the product unsealed for too long will impair its effectiveness! Once opened, store in a cool, dry place for 1 year.
How do you use paint thickener?
Make sure the tiles are clean and dry and have already been treated twice with Azule Stain Stop. Color Enhancer contains resin and dries quickly, so do not impregnate more than 12 tiles at a time. Spread a thin layer of color enhancer evenly with the impregnation pad or paint roller. Allow it to soak in briefly, then rub off any residue with a lint-free cotton cloth. Repeat this process a second time to ensure the tiles are well sealed. Allow the tiles to dry for 24 hours before walking on them.
Stains or a sticky floor?
Have stains formed on the surface or is the stain sticky? Then the color enhancer wasn't applied quickly enough and/or evenly enough, or even too much was applied. The resin dried too quickly, resulting in a sticky layer on the tiles. Don't worry! Take some Azule Vlekstop (the basic waterproofing agent that contains a lot of solvent) and roll it onto the sticky tiles. Let it soak in for a maximum of 20 seconds. Then wipe it off immediately with a lint-free cloth. The resin has reliquefied due to the stain stop, and if you remove it quickly, you'll remove all the excess material from the tiles. After sufficient drying time, the wall or floor is ready for use! If in doubt, please contact our customer service!

Depending on the color and surface area of the tile, we recommend using this product. Glazed tiles (except crackle tiles) do not require waterproofing. Complete installation instructions for cement tiles can be found on our website.
