Our tiles are mostly artisanal and therefore (partially) handmade. To keep our tile prices competitive, we avoid high profit margins, and you may occasionally come across discount offers. This also means that large discounts are not available for the commercial market, so don't expect mega-percentages. No discounts are offered for individual orders.

We do not send free samples, but you can choose to have the sample tile amount (excluding shipping costs) paid with a final request. The request must then be above €250, and the cost of the sample tiles will be covered up to €25. Please note that this offer is valid for 12 months from the date of your sample order. As part of our business partnership, it is possible to receive a discount code for free samples. This only applies to long-term partnerships. Our tiles are sold per box. On our website, under "Specifications," we state how many square meters are contained in a box; this varies per tile. The reason for this is that we primarily sell handmade tiles from small factories outside the Netherlands. We can't order loose tiles from them, and we want to avoid being stuck in our warehouse with unsellable, broken boxes that result in color differences between different deliveries. Furthermore, it's much better for our logistics process, both in our warehouse and through our carrier, to work with closed packaging.

Not sure how many boxes you need? Tell us the number of square meters, and we'll calculate it for you. Samples or color swatches can be ordered separately. However, there's a chance the color swatch might not reflect the actual stock, but is merely a guide. Read all about our samples here.

Once you've made your choice, we'll draw the tiles in the room for you using Visoft. This gives you a clear and realistic image of the design, allowing you to order your tiles with confidence.

No, we don't install tiles. However, we have a page featuring tilers who frequently work with our tiles.
