At Designfliesen.de, we have a constant supply of tiles from all over the world. Shipments from Spain, Italy, Turkey, Morocco, and Vietnam are unloaded daily. Sometimes entire containers are already reserved and/or orders can be delivered immediately from stock. Once your order has arrived, we will, of course, contact you as soon as possible to arrange a delivery or pickup date for your order.

Despite the fact that the tiles are packaged with great love and care, please be careful with these boxes. Their weight and fragility make it essential to ship exclusively with a freight company. We also offer the option of picking up your order in Breda or Utrecht. You can read about the options we offer and which ones apply to your order below.

Sample orders
Samples can be easily ordered via the website or by email.
Our sample package rates depend on the quantity, weight, and volume. Samples are shipped via DHL from our central warehouse in the Netherlands within 2-4 days throughout Europe after receipt of payment.

Delivery by freight forwarder to your desired delivery address
An external transport company delivers to the address you specify.
The goods will be delivered to the curb on a shrink-wrapped pallet. Please ensure that you or a trusted person is present. Any subsequent changes to the delivery address, delivery date, or contact details will be borne by the customer. Any transport damage must be confirmed in writing by the delivery person and reported within 48 hours. If possible, take a photo of the pallet! The better the damage is documented, the easier it is to process!
Complaints not related to transport can be made within 14 days (see General Terms and Conditions).

Personal pickup at our warehouse in Breda / Holland
We need 2 days' notice to have the goods ready for collection.
Please note that the full invoice amount must be paid in advance. A forklift is available at our warehouse in Breda (weekdays only). Orders can be stored for a maximum of 14 days.

Pick up your order in Utrecht
Small orders up to 3 m2 can be picked up at our location in Utrecht.
Once a week, we transport our order from our warehouse in Breda to Utrecht. There is a €10 fee for this service. Since we only have limited storage space in Utrecht, we ask that you pick up your order as soon as possible. We do not have a forklift or pallet truck available; the customer must load the order themselves. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Pickup is possible during our opening hours.

How much does it cost to ship the order?
Delivery costs will be provided later and deducted from the payment made. These costs depend on the postal code, weight, and volume.
Would you like to organize your transport yourself?
It's possible to organize your own transport. Just arrange a pickup date with us, and we'll make sure your order is ready. We're happy to assist with loading and have forklifts and all types of transport equipment at our disposal to ensure the best possible transport of your order.
Important : The order must be paid in full before it can leave our warehouse.
My tiles broke during transport, what should I do?
Is there obvious transport damage? Please contact us within 24 hours. If you notice that the tiles are loose on the pallet upon delivery or the adhesive tape is no longer intact, we recommend that you do not accept the order and contact us immediately.
Have the driver sign a receipt for the damage! Be sure to take photos of the shipment so we can see if the packaging is damaged. This will help us better assess whether the damage was caused by the carrier.
Does the van help with laying the tiles?
The transporter delivers the pallet of tiles to the curb using a pallet truck. They do not carry the tiles into the apartment or assist with installation.
