Placing an order or preparing a quote
You can request a quote or place an order in one of our stores or on our website. In our stores, we can usually tell you immediately whether the products are in stock and/or how long the delivery time is. And of course, we can answer frequently asked questions immediately or help you calculate the products you need. If you decide to request a quote via our website, we recommend that you create an account first, as this will save time later and your details will then be immediately available in our system. This is usually 30% of the order value. Once we receive the deposit, the tiles are actually reserved for you. If you pick up your tiles immediately, you pay the full invoice amount.
Delivery or collection
Of course, we can also deliver your order. However, this will incur additional costs, which the seller may charge you. Shipping costs depend on the volume and weight of your order. We deliver every working day throughout the Netherlands and beyond. You also have the option of picking up your order from our store in Utrecht. We charge a small fee for this. If you would like to pick up your order yourself from our warehouse in Breda, we will arrange a time with you in advance to do so. Ready orders should be picked up within 14 days.
Ordering samples
You can order samples of many of our tiles. You can easily do this via our website and immediately see whether the sample in question is in stock. Because we want to keep you well-informed about ordering samples, we've set up a dedicated page for this purpose.
Delivery times
We generally keep a large portion of our collection in stock. Delivery times also depend on the availability of raw materials and containers in the country of origin. Furthermore, many of our tiles are handmade and come from small artisan workshops abroad. We do our best to adhere to the stated delivery times, but various factors may cause delays, forcing us to deliver slightly later. This is unfortunately beyond our control.
Treatment products
We'll create your quote as comprehensively as possible based on the products you require and the space in which they will be installed. This means we'll include tile adhesive, grout, and all the products required for installing the tiles. It's especially important to use the right waterproofing agents for cement tiles. Of course, you're under no obligation, and we'll adjust your quote if you wish!
Pay
You can pay with a PIN, payment link, or cash. If you choose delivery, payment must be made 48 hours before the agreed appointment. In our stores, you can pay by PIN. We will send you an online payment link for the deposit and the remaining balance. You can easily pay for your order using this link, and it will be immediately registered in our system. This speeds up the delivery of your order and also prevents errors. Please do not simply transfer anything by bank transfer yourself.
Check upon receipt
You can pay with your PIN, payment link, or cash. You should check the purchased products yourself for breakage, colorfastness, or damage before transporting them. Damaged products can then be exchanged immediately and free of charge. Please also check that the goods on the packing slip match what you received. This is your responsibility. Tiles delivered via an external carrier should be checked for accuracy and damage immediately upon receipt. In the event of damage or inaccuracy, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 24 hours of receipt.
Return policy
For returns, please always first fill out the return form and send it to us. If you meet the conditions, we will send you a credit note or your money back, depending on the product. Tiles can be returned in a sealed box within 14 days of the invoice date. Products that have been custom-made to size or color cannot be returned. Once the products have been incorporated into the project, complaints regarding color differences are invalid. Read more about our return policy.
