Seda Materia
The Materia Seda is a 5.2 x 16 cm and 0.8 cm thick ceramic wall tile from one of our factories in Spain. This creative tile is special in many ways: The different surfaces can be combined to create a unique 3D effect. The glaze is glossy but also partially transparent, giving the tile a unique appearance. The tile is available in six different sweet, pastel colors, but can also be combined with each other for an additional effect.
The tiles have small color differences from each other (in 1 box) for an additional playful effect.
Good to know
These Spanish tiles are only suitable as wall tiles. The tiles are made of ceramic, have no crackle, and can therefore be installed in any room (wet or dry). We advise against installing the tiles outdoors, as they can become damp and there is a risk of cracking.
Laying Spanish tiles
No special attention is required when installing these tiles. Upon purchase, you will receive a step-by-step plan with instructions and tips. We recommend reading these instructions before installing the tiles.
Suitable for
These cheerful wall tiles are ideal for wet areas like showers, toilets, or bathrooms, but also look great in kitchens or hallways. These tiles also make a visual difference in restaurants and shops!
Colors, patterns and formats
Spanish tiles come in a wide variety of colors, shapes, and sizes. Each batch exhibits slight color variations. Even tiles from the same box often exhibit color variations and irregularities. This is sometimes done intentionally to create a certain atmosphere, or it is related to the production process and should be considered normal.
Ordering, delivery and shipping
These tiles are delivered per carton. If you would like help calculating the required quantities, expert advice, or a customized quote, we would be happy to assist you in one of our showrooms.
Orders can be delivered to your home by our shipping company. The costs are calculated based on weight and volume and may be included in the quote. You can also pick up the tiles from our warehouse in Breda or our showroom in Utrecht. Pickup is only possible by appointment and subject to availability.

Care
Spanish tiles are fired, have a hard top layer, and are easy to maintain. It's best to use a non-caustic all-purpose cleaner to avoid damaging the color.
